Cancellation request will be considered if the request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation request cannot be considered once the product is shipped.
Cancellations will not be permitted for those products that are sold during special offer period.
If the product you received is damaged item, please report that to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We will take necessary actions only after checking the product from our end.
If you feel that product you received is not same as that shown in our website, please report to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Our customer service team will take necessary decisions after looking at your complaint.
To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within seven days of purchase. Please include your order number which we have sent through mail after ordering. We are giving very importance to customer feedback to improve our product quality as well as service quality in future.
